The reservation in our guesthouse implies the reading and acceptance of the following conditions present on our website:

Under no circumstances may the lessee claim any right to remain in the premises after the expiry of the rental period initially provided for in this contract, unless the owner agrees.

No modification without the written agreement of both parties.

The landlord undertakes not to disclose to any third party any information of any nature whatsoever, on any medium whatsoever, that the tenant has been led to give him during the execution of this contract.

However, the latter provisions shall not apply to requests for information made by administrations and/or courts.

Payment:

The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer will have sent to the owner the amount of the total of the nights.
Our prices include all charges. The balance of the stay is to be paid on the day of arrival to the owners.

Consumptions and additional services not mentioned in the present contract must be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.

Cancellation by the customer:

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter addressed to the owner.

a) Cancellation before the beginning of the stay:
If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the amount of the deposit remains acquired by the owner.
If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the amount of the deposit remains acquired by the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.

b) If the client does not appear by telephone before 7 p.m. on the day scheduled for the beginning of the stay, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his guest room. Cancellation by the owner:

Arrival:

The customer must arrive on the specified day and at the times mentioned on the website. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner.

The balance of the nights is paid on arrival, if this has not been done at the time of booking.

Capacity:

This contract is issued for a specific number of persons. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a rupture of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a higher number of customers than those refused, no refund can be envisaged.

Use of the premises :

The customer will have to respect the peaceful character of the places, and to make a use of it in conformity with their destination.

He undertakes to return the room or studio, the bathroom, the toilet in good condition, not to smoke inside the room or studio, and to return at the end of the stay the various accessories lent. Cleaning costs (up to 20 euros per hour) or the amount of items not returned will be charged in case of non-compliance.

Ashtrays are available outside.

The customer is free to access the pool, and enjoy all the outdoor furniture. He undertakes not to run, jump or dive into the pool, and to respect the equipment and accessories made available.

The owners may have to inform the client of particular instructions concerning the functioning, the organisation of the house or the expected attitude within the home; the clients undertake to take them into account.

No disrespectful behaviour towards the owners, the premises or the animals present will be tolerated, such an attitude will involve a cancellation of the present contract, and an immediate departure from the residence without refunding. The owners reserve the right to file a complaint with the competent services.

Animals:

The client is informed that he may have to cross two dogs labradors confined on a part of the enclosure of the property, so as not to interfere with the smooth running of the stay. A small cat from the neighbourhood regularly enjoys the freshness of the garden. These do not present any danger.

No additional pets are allowed in the guest house for obvious reasons of tranquillity with regard to animals already present.

This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a rupture of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be envisaged.
